— WHY THIS, WHY NOW
The world is a lot.
You don't have to hold it alone.
Constant disruption, heavy news cycles, and the emotional ups and downs that come with them. Many of us are feeling stretched, unsettled, or quietly overwhelmed.
The workshop we are proposing is not about debating geopolitics or analyzing what's broken. It's about creating a safe, intentional space to pause, to reconnect with yourself, steady your energy, and explore how to show up with more clarity, compassion, and impact.
You'll leave more grounded, supported, and clearer. Sometimes with practical next steps. Sometimes simply with a calmer nervous system — which is also meaningful progress.
— THE EXPERIENCE
What we’ll explore together
Engage
Open with intention. A connective activity to arrive fully and begin to articulate what reconnecting means to you.
Breathwork
Breathwork paired with sound bowls to anchor you in your body and the present moment.
Activate
Explore your emotional landscape with coaching tools. Identify and discuss your experience.
Reflect
Guided group coaching to reconnect with your strengths — both individually and collectively.
— THE FORMAT
Thoughtfully designed for depth
Intimate by design
This is a small-group experience — intentionally kept intimate (approx 10-12 people) so that every voice has space and genuine connection can happen.
No commitment required
Expressing interest is simply that — curiosity and honest input. There is no obligation whatsoever.
Shaped by you
Your input helps shape the experience so it genuinely serves the people who say yes. Your needs matter.
90 minutes, real impact
A focused Thursday evening session long enough to go deep, short enough to fit into real life.
A way for us to give back
We know a lower price can sometimes raise an eyebrow so here’s the context: this workshop is intentionally offered at a lower rate as a way for us to give back and make it more accessible. It’s not a reflection of the value but an invitation to experience this work. Book by April 25th to secure the $25 rate before it returns to the regular price of $65.
