About the Workshop Series

When facing change and uncertainty at work, personal resilience is your best tool for staying grounded and performing at your best. This 3-part interactive series is delivered bi-weekly over 6 weeks, giving you time between sessions to digest the materials, apply new strategies, and start practicing behaviors that build lasting resilience.

Unlike passive webinars, these workshops are designed for active participation, providing immediate value to both you and your organization through practical exercises, group discussions, and actionable strategies.

 

What you will experience

Each session will combine hands-on activities, small-group discussions, and practical tools you can use right away. By the end of the series, you’ll walk away with actionable strategies to thrive in uncertain environments.

Workshop #1: Understanding Personal Resilience (60 Minutes)

  • What is resilience, and why does it matter for you?

  • Assessing your current resilience level

  • Identifying personal stress triggers and strengths

Workshop #2: Strategies to Strengthen Resilience (60 Minutes)

  • Techniques to manage stress and uncertainty

  • Building a supportive mindset and self-talk

  • Practicing adaptability when faced with change

Workshop #3: Sustaining Resilience in Time of Change (60 Minutes)

  • Coping strategies for prolonged uncertainty

  • Developing emotional awareness and self-regulation

  • Creating a personal resilience action plan

With over a decade of experience supporting professionals in high-stress environments, Sophie guides individuals in developing sustainable wellness practices. She focuses on helping participants build daily habits that strengthen mental resilience and promote long-term well-being.
